Shipping
Policy
All
the confirmed orders received by 5 PM IST are shipped the same day.
The orders are shipped either through courier or Indian Postal Service
across the globe.
Deliveries within India
Within India all orders are shipped through Blue Dart Express or
Speed Post/Registered Post.
Shipment via courier
The shopping cart adds shipping charges as per the weight of the
items and packaging.
The courier charges are calculated as follows:
For upto 500 gms of packet - Rs. 32/-
For every additional 500 gms - Rs. 32/-
The courier shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving the
confirmed order. The packages by courier are delivered with 1-4
days of shipment
The cost of shipment to any location where our courier service is
not available, any additional cost would be charged from the customer
prior to the shipment.
Shipment via Speed Post or Registered Post
The shipping charges by Speed Post or Registered Post or VPP is
provided on the basis of weight of the order and location for shipment.
Under this mode the order is delivered within 7-10 days of shipment.
Deliveries outside India
For outside India order is couriered via Fed Ex or Normal Post.
Shipment via courier
The courier shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving the
confirmed order. The packages by courier are delivered with 1-4
days of shipment.

Shipment via Normal Post
The order through "Normal Post" is usually delivered within
7-15 days of shipment.
The postal charges are calculated as follows:
For upto 120 gms of packet - US$ 2
For every additional 120 gms - US$ 2
When the order is shipped via courier, the complete shipping details
of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is
also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you
order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software,
which will provide you with all the relevant details. However in
case you have chosen the option of delivery via normal post, we
will be able to provide you only a receipt of dispatch by the Postal
Department as shipment under this mode is without tracking facility.
Please note that there can be an instance when an order of large
quantity is placed which might take some time to procure and this
can present delays in the shipment of your order. In such a situations
you will be informed of the nature of delay and expected timeframe
for shipment of your order.
